head, and color management must work together in
perfect harmony. To ensure optimum coordination
of these elements, Heidelberg calls on the knowhow of in-house experts and specialist suppliers.
Using technologies such as Prinect, whose color
management has been adapted to the label sector,
we ensure you deliver impressive print results of
outstanding quality.

We make things easy for you. The results of our
analysis simplify your work on-site. A complex
process is transformed into an easy, straightforward
operation. Prinect color management optimizes job
data preparation. The workflows start at the touch
of a button after the data is loaded. For you, this
means short makeready times and less waste. The
print heads are in the right position and the substrate is cleaned, pre-treated as necessary – with a
Corona as an option – and fed through the encapsulated machine in a dust-free process. The specially developed ink reaches the relevant substrates
in a precisely modulated form. The intermediate
and UV LED drying delivers the necessary adhesive
strength.
It couldn’t be easier: Once the parameters have
been set, you can retrieve the optimum print
results with job, material, and format lists at any
time with a single click. One-click operation is
simplicity itself.

The next generation in the Linoprint L series
New standards in DoD inkjet: The Linoprint® L series has been optimized
in terms of print quality and speed and now offers the fastest presses in this
format. With a speed of up to 48 m/min (157.48 ft/min) and a print width up
to 420 mm (16.54 in), it offers top productivity – from imprinting simple bar
codes to full-area printing of high-quality labels and foils.

Significantly enhanced reliability. The new Linoprint L series uses proven
Prinect® color management from Heidelberg®. This forms the basis for
continually enhanced quality and labor-saving improvements to enable you
to stand out from the competition more effectively. In an efficient combination with print head, ink, and application technology innovations – such as
zonal pinning, Corona, and ionization – Prinect color management delivers
significantly enhanced detail and depth of focus. The use of tried-and-tested
screening processes enables reliable comparisons to be made and expands
your options for hidden images, micro lettering, and piracy protection.
Impressive down to the last detail. The Linoprint L series offers further
impressive state-of-the-art technology. By using a latest-generation imaging
processor, you can now process and customize your data faster. The increase
in thickness to 0.6 mm (0.024 in) enables you to process a wider range of
materials. Remote Service and the enhanced database, which you can use
to store formats, jobs, and materials, simplifies operation considerably.
