The DoALL® Cutting Fluids Laboratory offers critical support for your metalworking fluid issues such as corrosion, foul odor, fungal growth, irritation or any other problem that would cause concern.
Services include:
• Laboratory tests performed on sump samples provided by the customer. Tests include concentration check, alkalinity, tramp oil volume, fungus, pH, foam, bacteria, chip
corrosion test, FTIR analysis, Falex lubrication test, and other tests as needed
• Recommended Metalworking Fluids Preventative Maintenance Program
• Troubleshooting Common Problems in Metalworking Applications Guide

A Coolant Service Report documenting the overall health of a fluid is provided to the customer following lab analysis. The report includes a general description of the customer’s
system (machine, make, application, alloys used and product being used), results from the laboratory tests and recommendations from our cutting fluids specialists.
