nnnntion are particularly suitable for applica-
nnnntions such as:
nnnn• Sheet metal assemblies
nnnn• Wood assemblies
nnnn• Self-tapping through bolts
nnnnThe SENSOMAT has been specially de-
nnnnsigned for screw joints where the screw-
nnnndriving torque (forming torque) Is close to
nnnnor even higher than the shut-off torque
nnnndue to high friction during assembly.
nnnnIn this way for example thread forming
nnnnor thread cutting screws can be reliably
nnnnprocessed with this screwdriver which is
nnnnequipped with a mechanical clutch lock -
nnnnthere Is no chance of damaging the screw
nnnnby over-tightening.
nnnnThe SENSOMAT control screwdriver tigh-
nnnntens the screw with full motor torque. Just
nnnnbefore the base of the screw head Is sea-
nnnnted, the shut-off clutch is released and
nnnnthe screwdriver switches off exactly at the
nnnnpre-set torque. The screw is completely
nnnnscrewed In without damaging the screw
nnnnconnection.
nnnnThe SENSOMAT a further development
nnnnof the well-known MINIMAT screwdrivers
nnnnachieves high torque accuracy and low
nnnn± 3% standard deviation with the help of
nnnnthe highly accurate shut-off clutch.
nnnnWhen used under the correct conditions

nnnnshutoff clutch conform with a Cmk value
nnnnof >1.67 with ±10% tolerance In relation
nnnnto 6 Sigma according to ISO 5396.
