Optimal Discharging of Bridging and Sticky Products
The big bag emptying stations of Dec are based
on a modular design. This allows to be ideally equipped
with systems for each product’s characteristics with
corresponding docking systems for non-potent to highly
active powders. Depending on the product flow, there
is a range of discharge devices or lump breakers
available. With the use of load cells, it is possible
to dose accurately into the receptacle.
Lifting frame: Quick and safe
loading of big bags by hoist or forklift.
A clamping device for loose liners can
be retrofitted. Special version available
for low height requirements.
Discharge stretching device:
The stretching device lowers the
connection system and ensures
a tight big bag sleave, thus, the
product can be freely discharged.
Massage units: the big bag
discharging stations are available
with compact, pneumatically
operated bottom and/or side
massaging units, especially
suited to deal with poor
flowing materilas or
to break up bridges.

The module frame is suitable for loading with
a forklift truck as well as with a chain hoist and
can, depending on product characteristics, be
equipped with efficient discharge supports.
Thanks to its compact design, the station is
perfectly suited to be used as a mobile unit.

The connection system with a double
ring and lever mechanism allows
dust-free connection and emptying
of big bags. (OEB 1-2)) Interchangeable
inner tubes ensure high flexibility, e.g.
change of big bags

The UniDock System* allows the
simplified discharging of big bags,
whilst ensuring a high containment
level (OEB 4), efficiency and a reliable
operation.

the emptying station is supplied with
a DCS head providing both primary
and secondary containment.
