CROWN-NUT
A square nut enclosed into an
elastic cage, particularly suggested for easy assembly operations on metal sheets sections.
The nut can move loosely inside
the cage and allows eliminating
misalignment allowances in the
assembly.
È un inserto filettato a pressione
per intestare tubi tondi o quadri.
Si può applicare in qualsiasi fase
del processo produttivo.
BI-FIX / BI-FIX S
È un sistema antivibrante che
permette il rapido assemblaggio di elementi destinati ad essere frequentemente rimossi.
Azionabile con la rotazione di
1/4 di giro o mediante trazione.
An anti-vibrating system, which
allows quickly assembling elements that must be frequently
removed. It can be applied by
thrust and removed by one
fourth turns, or by traction.
A threaded insert to be applied
by pressure, particularly suitable
for cylindrical or square tube
butting assemblies. It is possible
to apply this insert at any stage
of the production process.

CAGE-NUT
È formato da un dado quadro
racchiuso in gabbia elastica.
Adatto per un facile montaggio
su laminati. Il dado, libero nella
propria gabbia, permette di eliminare i giochi di disassamento
nell’assemblaggio.

Deform-nut® e Deform-stud, rispettivamente inserto e perno filettat i su
rivetto tubolare. Montaggio su laminati
e parti “cieche” come scatolati o tubi. Di
facile e rapida installazione risolvono
problemi di filettatura su spessori sottili, il
perno filettato permette di ottenere centraggi o fissaggi con funzione di riscontro. Il TTN è un inserto filettato ad espansione. Montaggio su laminati, corpi pieni
o in testa a tubi cilindrici. Questi sistemi
possono essere applicati in qualsiasi fase
del processo produttivo.

CLIFA E DISTANZIALI
I Clifa sono dadi cilindrici e perni filettati da installare a pressione su laminati metallici. Di dimensioni ridotte,
resistenti alla torsione, permettono
un risparmio di peso e spazio con
risultati di alto livello estetico. I distanziali a pressione sono colonnine
filettate, si inseriscono a pressione
su laminati metallici permettendo di
mantenere distanziati i diversi componenti dell’assemblaggio.
CLIFA: Cylindrical nuts and threaded
studs suitable for being pressure installed on metal sheet sections. Their
reduced size and their high tensile stress
strength allow users saving weight and
space, and provides high-level aesthetical results. PRESSURE SPACERS: Threaded bars to be pressure installed on
metal sheet sections. These parts allow
suitably spacing the different components to be assembled.
