VScope Embedded Waveform Viewing Technology With VScope technology, engineers and system operators can scan received data from within the IC itself for advanced bit error rate detection. VScope makes accurate signal monitoring possible by scanning a signal after the input equalization, but before conversion to a digital stream. For multiboard systems such as backplanes, engineers can test in a fully assembled system, eliminating special test cards and cumbersome cabling arrangements for more streamlined and cost-effective design testing.
