Designed for today’s through-arm style robots, the
TOUGH GUN™ TW3 Robotic Water-Cooled MIG
Gun is a new water-cooled gun offering from
Tregaskiss that is designed to minimize operating
temperatures and maximize consumable life.
Key new features maximize the uptime and
reliability of this fully configurable water-cooled
MIG gun, including the progressive interlocking
neck connection system, the failsafe dual electrical
connection, and the replaceable water connections.

Progressive interlocking neck features a keyed
system that accurately and sequentially aligns
the neck, electrical and water connections to
protect against accidental damage during
installation
Designed with two electrical connections; each
can withstand the entire electrical power of the
system in the event one connection becomes
blocked
