nnnnPRODUCT DESCRIPTION
nnnnFilled System Temperature Indicator
nnnnHoused in either a 100mm or 150mm diameter case in rugged cor-
nnnnrosion resistant fibre glass or die cast aluminium and suitable for
nnnnsurface or panel mounting. They are available with rigid stems for
nnnndirect mounting or with capillaries for remote mounting.
nnnnSPECIFICATION
nnnnCase : 100mm or 150mm diameter and in glass
nnnnfibre or die cast aluminium.
nnnnStem entry : bottom or back of case.
nnnnStem size : 12.7mm OD and a minimum length of 200mm long
nnnnin 316 stainless steel..
nnnnCapillary : micro-bore stainless steel tube with 3mm OD
nnnnstainless steel protection.
nnnnScaling: in °F or °C or dual scaled.
nnnnRanges: -30 to+70°C (-20 to+160°F)
nnnn0 to 60°C
nnnnOto 100°C (30to220°F)
nnnnOto 120°C (30to250°F)
nnnnOto 160°C (30to300°F)
nnnn0to200°C (50to400°F)
nnnn0to300°C (0to550°F)
nnnn0 to400°C (0 to 700°F)
nnnnFill: non toxic Filsafe Xylene or nitrogen.
nnnnAccuracy: ±1.0% FSD.
nnnnCompression glands in 316 stainless steel are available for mounting the
nnnn. , . FSI to any process plant and can be supplied with thread forms to BSP or
nnnnProduct COde : NPT formats.
nnnnFSI
nnnnWhen process pressures in excess of 3.5 Bar are expected it is advisable
nnnnto consider using the FSI in conjunction with a screwed or flanged ther-
nnnnmowell. These can be supplied as either fabricated (for process pressures
nnnnup to 10 bar) or solid drilled from hex bar stock. Please see Data Sheets
nnnn054 and 055.
