Hand-Held
Torque/Angle Wrench
SCHATZ®-INSPECT
• Parameter configuration from CEUS 8.1
• 3 operating modes
• Memory capacity for up to 1000 readings
• 4 measuring ranges
• Acoustic, visual and sensor signaling
Application
This microprocessor-controlled torque/angle wrench can be used to
assemble or check threaded fasteners designed to be tightened to
specified torques or angles.
Thanks to its light weight, robust aluminum/carbon-fiber
construction and battery-powered operation using disposable or
rechargeable batteries, the wrench can be used for all types of
industrial manufacturing, and it meets the most exacting
requirements for torque/angle documentation and analysis.
Measured values can be coupled into the CEUS 8.1 network program
to allow programming and data evaluation to be carried out in the
network.
Description
A snugging torque (e.g. 20 N·m) for the joint is configured into the
electronic torque/angle wrench, and the angle tolerances are defined.
When the specified snugging torque is reached, the display
automatically switches to angle mode. Acoustic, visual and sensor
signals provide notification when the preset torque level or angle
tolerance is reached. NOK fasteners and final torques are indicated.
The following measurement options are available: torque,
torque/angle, and further tightening.
The measurement accuracy for all readings is ±1% tolerance
±1 digit, and the baud rate is configurable from 300 to 9600
baud.
