Funktion

Operation

Der Arbeitshub eines Hydraulikzylinders kann durch den Einbau
eines Hubbegrenzers in das Leitungssystem bestimmt werden. In
Ausgangsstellung ist der HBKH geöffnet. Ein an der Zylinderstange
und am HBKH-Griff befestigtes Seil betätigt im gespannten Zustand
den Schaltgriff. Dieser dreht über die Schaltwelle die T-Kugel auf
Sperrstellung, wodurch die Durchströmung unterbrochen wird. Die
Zylinderstange bleibt auf der eingestellten Position stehen. Nach
Zuschaltung des Leerumlaufes am separaten Steuerventil wird die
Eingangsseite des HBKH drucklos und der anstehende Druck auf
der Ausgangsseite bewegt die schwimmend gelagerte Dichtkugel.
Diese gibt über die T-Bohrung den Rücklauf frei. Der Zylinder fährt
ein und das Betätigungsseil löst sich. Durch die Rollfeder wird der
Hahn wieder in Ausgangsstellung gebracht.

The working stroke of a hydraulic cylinder can be determined by
mounting a stroke limiter in the system. In the starting position,
the HBKH is open. The cable attached to the cylinder rod and to
the valve handle operates the handle when stretched. The resulting movement turns the T-ball with the stem into the closed position, thus interrupting the ow. The cylinder rod stays in the original
position. After closing the idle running at the separate control valve, the upstream side of the HBKH is depressurised. The pressure is
transferred downstream operating the free moving ball, and pass
through its T-port design. The cylinder then retracts and the spiral
spring relaxes, returning the ball and stem to the original position.
