nnnnCTS-120 High-Precision Current Separating Transformer
nnnnISO 9001:2000
nnnnFeatures:
nnnnThe CTS-120 Current Separating
nnnnTransformer was designed keeping in mind the
nnnnalternating current measurement systems requiring
nnnngalvanic separation of the measuring circuits. The
nnnnbuilt-in electronic compensation system guarantees
nnnnexcellent parameters in the whole current range,
nnnnensuring at the same time high output power.
nnnnTypical error 0.01% makes the device an ideal
nnnnsolution for a wide range of applications. Among
nnnnthem there is a possibility of using the transformer
nnnnfor testing electricity meters with closed I-P links
nnnni.e. meters with connected current and potential
nnnncircuits. Broad range of working currents, high
nnnnoutput power, high allowable load impedance and
nnnnhigh accuracy enable the CTS transformer to be
nnnnrigidly integrated with a meter testing system. Once
nnnnintegrated, it can handle both self-contained and
nnnntransformer connected meters, also meters with
nnnnopen links, with negligible influence on the overall
nnnnsystem accuracy.
nnnnThe CTS-120 transformer is available with
nnnnlocal or remote control. The latter possibility is
nnnnmeant to be used in a meter testing system where
nnnnthe transformer can be controlled and supervised by
nnnnthe system software or by the individual stand
nnnncontroller of the system.
nnnnThe CTS-120 Current Separating
nnnnTransformer may be used for testing both three-
nnnnphase and single-phase meters.
