John Zink testing has shown less than 1 ppm NOx and
CO. Ultra-low emissions levels can allow greater waste
processing capacities under existing permits. Reducing NOx
levels to near zero may result in NOx emission credits.

BREAKTHROUGH OPERATION
Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) or Selective NonCatalytic Reduction (SNCR) may be eliminated. If so, start-up
time is reduced, fewer utilities are needed, and there is
less equipment to maintain. TANGENT technology requires
no citing, storage, or disposal of ammoniacal reagents
such as NH3/Urea, nor the associated regulatory burdens.
