DESCRIPTION
HiTek Power’s Mass Spectrometry product ranges draw on our
extensive high voltage design skills and Mass Spectrometry
application knowledge.
The Series MSRD is a range of high stability, reversible source
modules with a floating detector output. The Series MSRD has a fast
reversible bias output coupled with a floating +3kV 400μA detector
output. These modules provide reliable operation even in short
circuits or ARC conditions. They have a differential programming
input and can be set by an external voltage.
HiTek Power uses a modular design approach within its Mass
Spectrometry products, which enables us to offer an extensive range
of performance combinations.
Simple changes can be made from changing cable lengths and
connectors to completely new custom solutions using HiTek Power’s
proven power conversion topologies, control methods and mechanical

+24V DC ±10%.
Input Current:
1.4A maximum depending on model.
Line Regulation:
Bias less than 1.2V, Detector less than 3V for a 5% input voltage change.
Load Regulation:
Bias less than 1.2V, Detector less than 3V for a 10% to 100% load
change.
Ripple:
Bias less than 200mV.
Detector less than 3V.
Voltage Control:
Bias 0V to +10V for full scale accuracy ±2%.
Detector 0V to +10V for full scale accuracy ±5%.
Current Control:
Bias fixed at 100μA above nominal.
Detector fixed at 500μA.
