DJKX electrode liquid level controlling system and UQKX
ball float liquid level controlling system belong to two
controlling position instrument. They are suitable for the liquid
upper and lower level limits automatic controlling for open or
pressurized
vessels
in
petroleum,
chemical,
power,
papermaking and food industries, etc. DJKX electrode liquid
level controlling system is suitable for conductive liquid with
no requirements for fluid’s density. UQKX liquid level
controlling system has no requirements for fluid’s density either.
It also can be suitable for any kinds of fluids.
Principle of operation
DJKX,UQKX liquid level controlling systems are composed of
controller, intermediate relay, keys switch, wiring terminal and
AC contactor (that should be fitted subject to customer’s
requirements),etc.
They can control the water supplying and draining pump’s
motor to make the liquid level raise up or go down. DJKX
electrode liquid level controlling system has three electrodes as
measuring elements (one among the three is common electrode).
With the liquid level changing, the conductive liquid makes the upper position electrode or lower position
electrode conduct or break with the common electrode so as to form liquid level change controlling signal. After
being processed, the signal controls the water pump’s motor to fulfil the liquid level automatically raising and
going down.
UQKX ball-float liquid level controlling system has a magnetic ball as measuring element. With the liquid level
changing, the magnetic ball floats up and down to induce the inner magnetron switch to control the water pump’s
motor via relay’s conversion.
Controlling process:
For automatic controlling water supply system, it controls the water supply pump. When liquid level reaches
lower level electrode (or ball float is at low limit position), water pump starts, then the liquid level raise. When the
liquid level is at upper level electrode position (or the ball float is at upper limit position), then the water pump
automatically stops.
For automatic controlling water draining system, it controls the water draining pump. When the liquid level is at
upper level electrode position (or the ball float is at upper limit position), the water draining pump starts, then the
liquid level goes down. When the liquid level reaches the lower level electrode position (or the ball float goes
down to lower limit position), the water pump automatically stops.
