HP compressed air lter
F 6 to F 5210
Flow capacity 0.60 – 520.8 m³/min, 21 – 18,392 cfm
Max. operating pressure: 16 bar, 235 psig
High performance lter elements:
The use of highly efcient element
membranes made of nano-bres with
optimised exterior shell stand for
extreme lter efciency. You can choose
between the coalescence ne element
P (1 μm) and the coalescence ne element M (0.01 μm) for droplet and aerosol separation as well as the absorptive
element A for a highly efcient surface
binding of oil vapours and odours.
VALIDATED COMPRESSED AIR QUALITY
The new BOGE HP lters are designed to reliably
separate solids, oil & water aerosols as well as
oil vapours. To this purpose, the compressed air
quality has been validated by independent experts
and is conrmed to conform to ISO 12500 –
1:2007 and ISO 8573 –1:2010 standards.
HIGHLY EFFICIENT OPERATION
The signicantly lower pressure losses of this
lter series help to reduce your energy consumption and to improve the CO2 balance for
your company. Never before has compressed air
ltering been so efcient!
LOW DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURES
The optimised ow design and the use of HP
lter materials serve to keep the differential
pressure at a constant low level during the entire
service life of the element without compromising
its dirt holding capacity.
RELIABLE SYSTEM
Long term studies show that, if the specied
maintenance recommendations are adhered to,
the differential pressure of the lters can be kept
at a constant low level with consistently high
separation efciency.
High-tech design:
The compressed air intake side is
clearly visible due to its rim at the lter
head – to ensure foolproof connection
between the upper and lower lter
housing sections during assembly. The
conical housing inlet provides a smooth
and turbulence free airow transition
when entering the lter element.
