INFRA RUB BURNERS | ||||||
B descripbqn | ||||||
The infra-rub generators are gas pre-mix infrared burners specifically designed for industrial heating processes. These are incident flame burners that combine convective- and radiating-heat transfer through a refracting block that concentrates radiation and produces an exhaust flu-gas stream. The sg (Single Grid) burner includes a refractive block section with 7,500 Kcal./hr. maximum capacity. The dg (Double Grid) model includes two sections which in combination produce 15,000 Kcal./hr. Any of these models can include a custom-built manifold. This manifold carries the fuel mixture to each burner. The units are complete and ready to install, and they can include firing and flame-detection systems. Each burner includes a header for fuel mix access, a firing or diffusing pilot, support for refractive block, and one or two refractive blocks depending on the model. The infra-rub infrared burners are pre-mix burners that require 8'wc mix pressure for operation. The fuel mix can be supplied from one of our low-pressure mixers which include complete systems if so desired. Contact us with your specific requirements and we will provide a complete combustion system
DG MODEL applications | ||||||
/ Manufacture of paper and pulp / Manufacturing of all types of paper, wrapping, writing paper among others. / Paper coating applications, such as wax for ice-cream boxes. / Drying of corrugated cardboard boxes to be covered with water-base inks. Setting of resins on cellulose fiber sheets. Drying of clothing treated with moisture-repellent or fire-retardant substances, e.g., hospital clothing. Pre-treatment of materials for offset printing Preheating of varied shape paper sheet materials for bonding, such as manufacturing of varied shape boxes and wrappings. Drying stage of fabric finish treatments, such as pre-wash, whitening, drying, printing, and pre-shrink treatments. Drying of carpets after dyeing process Curing of latex used for gluing carpet fibers. Thermal treatment or paint drying ovens
