The BottleDyneTM 2 Corona Treating System
TM
The BottleDyne 2 system is designed for treatment
of 1 to 18 oz. (30 to 510ml) square, rectangular and
rounded oval containers. The containers are treated
as they ride on their side through the conveyor. Once
one side has been treated the containers are flipped
180 degrees for second side treatment. To
accommodate different size bottles the side guides
and the electrode assembly are adjustable. Different
shapes and sizes must be treated separately. There
is no for aligning neck-front or back.
The BottleDyne 2 Corona treating system is designed
for easy installation into molding, and printing lines
eliminating unscrambling equipment and manual
handling. The system can also be used as a standalone work-station.

Automatic carton shift:
A delivery chute guides the containers at the end of
the conveyor to one of two cartons. Once the
selected number of containers have been reached,
an alarm will sound signaling a carton is full and the
chute shifts to the empty carton. This allows
continuous treatment providing ample time for
removal of the full carton. (This option may only be
added in conjunction with the piece counter option).
Ozone Filter and exhaust system:
Ozone Cleaning System reduces the ozone level to
meet EPA requirements (.05 PPM). The system
includes a high volume, low-pressure exhaust blower,
with an AC drive motor.

Piece counter:
This feature counts the containers as they fall into the
carton at the end of the conveyor. The counter is
adjustable from 1 to 1000 containers to suit your
packaging needs. Once the selected number of
containers has been reached, the conveyor will stop
