temperature before hot filling or prior to labelling
and sleeving; preventing costly cracks in jars on
hot fill lines, or condensation build up on empty
labelled bottles.

Our in-built intelligent safety control system comes
with integral inlet, outlet and proximity sensors and
jam detection capabilities to ensure the heating
elements are only active when products are running
through the line. In case of stoppages the induced
vacuum ring jets provide rapid cooling to prevent
energy wastage and overheating.
