ALUMINIUM THREE-PHASE ASYNCHRONOUS MOTOR
MS series aluminium-housing three phase asynchronous motors are developed from Y2 series three phase asynchronous motors, since
aluminum-alloy material has been introduced into its housing, end shield, terminal box and removable feet, MS series aluminium-housing
motors owns a beautiful appearance and a smooth surface. Despite that, dimensions and output power of MS series aluminium-housing
motors are the same as those of Y2 series three phase asynchronous motors.
MS series aluminium-housing motors have lots of futures such as high efficiency and energy saving, large starting torque, excellent perf-
ormance, low noise and vibration, compact structure, high reliability, easy operation and etc.
Operating conditions of MS series aluminium-housing motors are identical with Y2 series motors, while efficiency class are in line with Ch-
inese National standard GB 18613-2012 class III, simultaneously, we supply MS series aluminium-housing motors in conformity with IE3
standard for customers.

♦ Operating conditions
Ambient temperature: 20°C-40°C
Altitude: lower than 1000 meters above sea level
♦ Temperature and Insulation class
Motors are based on F(155°C ),B(80K),
to keep motor life and reliability.
♦ Cooling and ventilation
Fully enclosed self fan cooling (TEFC).
Motor is fixed with auxiliary flow type
plastic fan which is complying with
the provisions of 60034-6 IEC Ic411.
♦ Insulation class
Motor protection class is Ip55 which
can be used for dust or humidity
environment, and we can provide
a higher level of protection of motor
♦ Motor protection
As need, motor can be installed of PTC.
Pt100 and other winding resistance and
bearing temperature measurement and
protection device.
♦ Voltage and frequency
The standard voltage is 380V 50Hz,
which can be designed among
200 600V. in the case of deviation
5%, the motor still can work good.
♦ Vibration
Vibration speed of Ye2 series motor
in the no load is in line with class A.
special requirement, we can provide
class B.
♦ Terminal block box location
The terminal block box is on the
top or on the right side as the
standard YE2 series motor.
♦ Quality assurance
From design to produce factory,
we strictly follow the ISO9001 quality
certification system and procedures.
