SEMI-ELECTRIC STACKERS

The Mobile semi-electric stackers are designed to

handle all types of applications such as lifting and

transporting skids, bales, baskets, etc.; stocking

shelves; die and mold handling; and can handle

pallets of all sizes due to the adjustable straddle

legs design. Its most common and valuable

application is loading and unloading trucks in

facilities where there are no loading docks.

Engineered for smooth performance and

exceptional durability, these models are

particularly useful for maneuvering in tight or

congested areas. Combining battery lift with

manual push operation, they provide a safe

ergonomic alternative to fork lift trucks at a

fraction of the cost. They are easy to use, do

not need special certification to operate, and

require a minimum of maintenance.

CONSTRUCTION

The rugged heavy duty chassis is constructed

of formed and welded steel for extra strength.

The mast is fabricated with channel steel for

structural stability, durability, and smooth

lift/lower operation.

FORKS

Adjustable 42" one-piece forged steel forks

are tapered to provide strength and flexibility

and enable efficient pallet entry.

HANDLES

Features two strategically placed steel wrap-around

handles with rubber grips for easy steering and

operator comfort.

OPERATION

The on-dash lever performs the battery lift and the

gravity lower operation.

SAFETY

The steel safety screen provides operator protection

while ensuring maximum operator visibility. The

unique dual roller style chain lift system exceeds a

6:1 safe;y factor ensuring the forks will not lower

even if one of the chains fail. They also feature a

controlled oil flow port to prevent the forks from

crashing down if the chains or hydraulics fail.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Features a heavy duty 12 volt, 125 Ah industrial

strength battery and on-board 10A charger

featuring a transformer, circuit breaker and

overload protection, that can be plugged into

any standard 110V outlet.

LOAD ROLLERS

Two standard 4" phenolic rollers, located in the

tips of each straddle leg, ensure a smooth ride and

stable load handling. 7" rollers are also available.

STEER WHEELS

Two 6" phenolic swivel casters are located under

the stacker for easy handling in tight areas. An

optional 5th wheel features two 7" polyurethane

wheels over a pallet truck style handle for improved

maneuverability.

STRADDLE LEGS

The adjustable straddle legs adjust from 41" to

50" I.D. allowing easy handling of standard skids

and pallets as well as narrow aisle applications.

BRAKE

Features a hand operated floor lock brake that

secures the unit in place.

MAINTENANCE

Features a rebuildable pump for easy seal or wiper

replacement.
