PROCESS TECHNOLOGY FOR ASEPTIC COLD FILLING
PROCESS ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS
Requirements and Solutions
Innopro ACF processing systems for the deaerating,
blending, pasteurizing, buffering, and sterile,
non-reinfective product control for providing ACF
(aseptic cold filling) products. These processing
systems for the sterile preparation and control of
products such as:
· Fruit and vegetable juices
· Isotonic, health, and sports drinks
· Milk and mixed milk beverages
· Fruit juice beverages
passes through the machine. Here, product-specific
characteristics, such as the salt content of the
product, play a decisive role in the selection of
materials. The length of fiber and percentage of
pulp in the product to be pasteurized determine
the type of heating and cooling section selected,
i.e. whether a tubular or plate heat exchanger.
Using a sterile buffer tank enables a permanent
supply of the ACF filler and also continuous and
gentle product pasteurization while adhering to
the technological conditions of the product.
Aseptic valve technology is naturally also deployed
· Monitoring and documentation of all
process-relevant parameters
· Consistent use of hygienic design
· Uniform documentation
Standard Equipment
· Product infeed/primary feed area/valve
technology for automatic operation
· Tubular or plate heat exchanger, depending on
the characteristics specific to the product
· Iced tea
· Tea and coffee beverages
They particularly suitable for adaptation to the
specific characteristics of each of your products,
thanks to the flexible process variants. With its
standard components, such as the PARAMIX C and
ACF-KZE, KHS always offers you perfect, fully
developed process modules for ACF filling product
preparation for deaerating, dosing, blending,
carbonating, pasteurizing, and sterile product
control. The product is continuously thermally
treated according to product requirements as it
here to complement the sterile product control.
