AROflex
AROflex is the exciting, new addition from ARO in the stationary
welding machine product range derived from many decades of
experience in selecting competitively priced components with the
best ratio of cost versus performance, but without comprising on
efficiency, safety and reliability. Based on a simplified, “off the shelf”
modular design yet incorporating all ARO’s latest technological
innovations; AROflex is robust and easy to operate.
ADVANTAGES :
Simplicity :
- the AROflex concept is based on rationalized components and
simplified connections.
- the three types of the AROflex range are manufactured from
standard sub-assemblies pre-assembled in the workshop.
Versatility :
AROflex type “G” (without welding cylinder) allows easy integration of
the majority of welding tools thanks to a height of 571 mm between
consoles.
Performance / Quality :
AROflex is available in “MFDC” type providing the Auto-Adaptive
option; an intelligent and efficient control system which compensates
for process variations to guarantee superior weld quality.
Economy :
The AROflex concept uses ARO standard welding cabinets and 3G
transformers. The homogenization of components limits the number
of spare parts.
Robustness :
The machines’ welded steel frame (thickness 15 to 20 mm) provides
all the rigidity required for quality welds.
Adaptability :
New parts requiring weld generally involve changes to your
processes! With AROflex, you can upgrade your application (spot to
projection welding) and vice versa keeping up to 80% of the initial
elements of your machine.
