NivuMaster Plus
The NivuMaster Plus is the first ultrasonic level device which
enables intelligent pump management with pump error output.

The NivuMaster Plus has comprehensive options for pump driving. These modes let you easily perform pump exchanges, grouping, switching depending
on run time and much more without the
additional use of relays.
The NivuMaster Plus is not only able to
control pumps. Seven digital inputs enable the unit to react to pump errors. If a
pump error is reported to one of the inputs, the failed pump will be taken out of
the pump cycle and the next pump takes the job. At the same time the error
will be reported by a relay.
Another digital input can be used to do
an external reset. This can also be done
by pressing the buttons on the keypad.
If one pump is not in access, e.g. for service purposes, one pump can be started
directly by setting digital inputs. This direct access on the digital inputs can be
programmed the normal way or in binary
code.

allow the user to read the display also under bad ambient light conditions.
Separate control lights or displays do not
need to be installed additionally.
For programming purposes or for more
information, e.g. running hours of the
pumps, the switch board has not to be
opened.
Unauthorized access on parameters is
secured by a password code. The relay
status is shown in three different colours.
All alarms are shown red, pump "on"
function is shown green and a programmed relay which is "off" is shown in yellow.
Via a standard RS232 interface the programming and echo analyses can be done by using a Laptop.
The NivuMaster Plus combines a reliable
ultrasonic level device (optional hydrostatic pressure sensor) with an intelligent
pump management system. The fact that
a separate PLC system for controlling
pump failure is not necessary gives the
customer a good cost of ownership.
