THERMOPRINTER
The Kortho Thermoprinter 48I is a modern
thermal transfer printer for intermittent
applications and is completely pneumatically
driven.
Although friendly priced, the Thermoprinter
48I offers all the state-of-the-art features that
are known of much more expensive systems.
The 48I is capable of printing all kinds of texts,
dates, logo's , bar-codes and a variety of autocodes in any font.
Character sizes from 1,5 upto 12 mm allow
the system to print on packaging foils, labels,
tags or closures.
On any modern PC, quick and comprehensive
composition of text and images can be created
with Kortho's Image Generation Software,
which runs completely independent from the
Thermoprinter 48I.
Its controller can be programmed wireless,
on site, with the Kortho Remote Control that
also gives acces to the engineers options.

Kortho's thermoprinter 48I prints texts, logo's, barcodes and a variety of automatic codes. The 48I is
therefore extremely suitable to print every variable
information on packaging foils, labels, tags and more!
The intermittent thermoprinter is controlled by Kortho's
unique controller, which can be programmed without
having to connect a cable, but just by using the Kortho
Remote Control. It is that simple: create the message
with the Kortho Image Generation Software (KIGS)
on a Windows 95/98 computer and load it into the
Remote Control with the infrared interface, connected
to your own PC.
Storage of messages is therefore virtually unlimited
and management as easy as it can be.
Then, on site, download the messages into the
controller just by pointing the Remote Control to the
Controller and following the instructions shown on
the controller.
The Kortho Remote Control also gives access to the
engineering mode on the controller, in which a
variety of print parameters can be adjusted for best
printresults and adjust settings for peripheral devices.
The selection of the messages can be done by the
machine operator on the touch-button frontpanel
of the controller.
