The solder pot of HM series wave soldering machine is high performance with 5 years warranty and high corrosion resistance. Double
wave totally meet the Lead free requirements . its components are resistant to the corrosive properties of lead-free solders, and are capable
of withstanding temperatures up to 400ºC (optional ) Standard:300ºC

Built-in Spray Fluxer is equipped with the HM series
of Lead free wave soldering machine .( Standard)

The coating unit of spray fluxer can be built in as an standard
optional . The spraying nozzle is made in Japan which features high coating efficiency can realize even spray coating
without soiling the machine. The standard fluxing system
is the servo-controlled, reciprocating pray module featuring
air atomizing nozzle technology to ensure spray uniformity
and positive hole penetration. A self-cleaning
nozzle and pressure tank flux delivery
system are also included.

Solution for reduce solder dross effective !
we changed the cross section of solder pot into a trapezoid, and make
the first wave as far as possible close to the edge of the solder pot .In
the both of the first wave and second wave ,we add the unfiltered barrier device to the tumbling-flow solder. Generally our machine control
the solder dross at 2KG/ 8 h if it is under the conditions of non- N2
protection system !

In addition , the drawer design allows a easily maintenance ,
easy to clean and exchange the parts .
