Mobile HAMMEL screens are optimal built to fit different material applications.

Robust, reliable and at the same time easy in operation, they built an ideal addition

to the HAMMEL-Primary shredder. In this combination it is possible to produce

nnnn

clean end products out of rubbish.

Offload, open and gol

nnnn

The screens are attached on a stable hook lift frame with wheel axle. This enables

nnnn

a quick transport from one location to the other.

nnnn

After the offload and positioning all discharge belts of the machine can be opened

nnnn

via mode switch or optional via remote control. This provides one-man-operation

nnnn

and saves high labour costs.

nnnn

One work step - 3 results

nnnn

In only one working step you can screen up to three fractions. Each screen consists

nnnn

of one or two one screen decks located on top of each other, whereby high

nnnn

throughput performances can be guaranteed. The material is either put direct

nnnn

into the hopper of the screen or as pre-shredded material discharged from the

nnnn

primary shredder into the loading bunker. The produced oversized grain is optimal

nnnn

for the use of thermal utilization, the undersized grain as composting material or

nnnn

filling material.
