FACILITIES

Brush HMA provides superbly equipped and professionally staffed workshops for the repair of machinery and equipment and overhauling:

• Repair Shop with cleaning facilities, vacuum drying oven and spray booths
• Electric workshop with high voltage laboratory, wiring installation, vacuum tank with a diameter of 4 meters and a variety of large furnaces
• Testing van for on site electrical and mechanical measuring of your machine
• Containers equiped as mobile workshop for on-site maintenance

In addition Brush HMA has access to a number of remarkable extras:

• Balancing arrangements for rotors up to 4500 rev/min
• Machine hall with numerically controlled processing centers
• Assembly hall with a 2×300 ton overhead crane
• Test field with high voltage, lubrication and cooling systems

Brush HMA has its own trained service personnel that can be deployed worldwide for maintenance and commissioning on site. All our service technicians are VCA certified and experienced with performing work in for example the petrochemical industry, power plants and dredging.

RE–ENGINEERING AND REVERSE-ENGINEERING

Brush HMA has also extensive engineering facilities which is different from most overhaul and repair companies. These facilities are suited for:

• Electrical / electromagnetic engineering
• Thermal engineering
• Insulation Technical engineering
• Control and security systems.

With this Brush HMA has aply proven to be able to improve (re-engineering) or recreate (reverse engineering) machines of other make.

TRAINING

Besides our practical activities in the field of maintenance, overhaul and repair, Brush HMA offers a course on maintaining electric machines for service technicians. This course is regularly updated to the latest insights in the field of maintenance. There is also a very user-friendly, interactive version of this course on CD-ROM available.
