Setting a new standard for quality, versatility and performance in a compact
stereo microscope ACCU-SCOPE’s 3055 Series offers educators and industry
an exceptional value at an affordable price. Combining sharp, crisp optics with
variable halogen illuminators, the 3055 Stereo Microscope Series provides users
with many professional features for use in classroom applications or light
industrial inspections.
Stage: Frosted glass stage plate in base gives
evenly diffused illumination. Black and white contrast
plate is also included. Both stage plates measure
60mm in diameter and can be locked-in by a
recessed allen screw to prevent classroom tampering.
Stand: Sturdy and stable, cast alloy aluminum with an acid resistant almond
finish on a dovetail stand.
Illumination: Dual purpose illuminators can be
switched on simultaneously or independently and
provide illumination from above and/or below.
LED models are rechargeable for corded or
cordless operation, and provide illumination for
2 hours per charge (depending on the lamp
intensity set by the user). LED bulb temperature is
6300-7000°K, and has a long lamp life of 20,000
hours. Halogen models are equipped with high
intensity variable 12 volt 10 watt halogen bulbs.
Objectives: Fixed magnification objectives. Easily rotatable objective turret
with finger grip allows for rapid and easy magnification change. Objectives
are parfocal and parcenter. Working distance is 76mm.
Optional Accessories: WF15x (15mm field of
view) or WF20x (10mm field of view) eyepieces
and microscope carry case.
Focusing: Dual focusing knobs with adjustable tension control for rapid,
effortless image focusing.
Miscellaneous: 5 year warranty, eyeguards,
and dust cover are included with each complete
model.
Eyepiece: Widefield 10x eyepieces with a 20mm field of view.
Head: Binocular viewing head inclined 45° and rotatable 360°. Viewing head
is locked-in to prevent classroom tampering. Single diopter adjustment ± 5 and
interpupillary distance adjustment range 55mm - 75mm.
