Saldatrice a vibrazione VSP409-14
La saldatrice a vibrazione VSP409-14 è utilizzata per saldare pezzi realizzati in materiale
termoplastico con forme geometriche complesse
o dove il materiale stesso non è saldabile con le
tecnologie convenzionali (ultrasuoni - lama calda).
La vibrazione è di tipo circolare. A differenza delle
normali saldatrici a vibrazione esistenti, il movimento è ottenuto attraverso lo sbilanciamento di
un albero avente una geometria particolare.
La struttura della saldatrice è molto robusta. Il
basamento e la colonna sono realizzati in acciaio
verniciato. Il motore che aziona l’albero centrale è
di tipo Brushless con innovativo sistema di
posizionamento elettronico.
Il movimento della testa porta trasduttore è pneumatico, gestito da valvola proporzionale ed avviene su guide prismatiche di alta precisione e con
caratteristiche meccaniche importanti. Una
centralina di distribuzione olio, provvede automaticamente alla lubrificazione delle guide.
Una delle caratteristiche più importanti di questa
saldatrice è certamente il sistema di controllo ciclo
gestito completamente da MICROPROCESSORE
dotato di tastiera Touch Screen.
Un innovativo e versatile sistema di programmazione, perfette di impostare il ciclo di saldatura con
la funzione tempo o con la funzione quota. In questo caso, la quota di saldatura è gestita da riga
ottica con risoluzione centesimale.
Per ogni fase del ciclo, discesa, saldatura e
impaccamento, è possibile programmare pressioni di spinta differenti.
Il microprocessore permette di memorizzare 10
programmi di saldatura.

The vibration welder model VSP409 -14, is
used to weld pieces made
of thermoplastic
material with complex geometric shapes or when
it is not possible to weld the material  with the
conventional technologies (ultrasounds - hot
plate). The vibration is circular. Unlike the  existing
common vibration welders, the movement is
achieved through the unbalancing of the shaft,
which has a particular geometry.
The structure of the welder is very strong. The
basement and the column are made of painted
steel. The motor that drives the central shaft is a
Brushless type with innovative electronic system
set. The movement of the transducer holder-head
is pneumatic, managed by a proportional valve
and it is carried out on high precision prismatic

characteristics.
A control oil distribution system, automatically
provides for the lubrication of the guides.
One of the most important features of this welder
is certainly the cycle control system completely
run by a MICROPROCESSOR with Touch Screen
keyboard. An innovative and flexible programming
system, allow to set the welding cycle with the
time mode function or with the height mode
function. I n this case, the welding quote is
controlled by an optical scale with centesimal
resolution. For each cycle phase, head down,
welding and compression, you can set different
thrust pressures. The microprocessor allows to
store 10 welding programs.
