Mono filament extrusion line: In addition to being used in product development, this line is also well suited for production of medical yarns. The ergonomic design of the line and very rapid product changes makes this line especially attractive for this throughput range.
A specially designed extrusion screw serves the purpose of homogenizing and consistent delivery of polymer aggregate through the barrel. An automatic screen changer and 3 component (Polymer + 2 additives) dosing and mixing system are fitted as standard, but other types of filtration and/or dosing system are available on request.
Mono filament extrusion line: The concept is rounded off by the ATW winders for 1-thread precision cross-wound cheeses bobbins or by the WUFF winders for up to 8 monofilaments on a flanged tube with parallel winding. The compactness of the thread is manufactured by twisting on the DD2000GT, which the next production step requires – the tufting.
